Founded in 2012, Horizon Physical Therapy grew from a single clinic near the Boise River Greenbelt to three locations serving the Treasure Valley. Our founder, a Boise State graduate, saw the need for accessible rehabilitation services in our growing community.

We combine evidence-based techniques with individualized care plans. Whether you're recovering from surgery or managing chronic pain, our therapists listen to your goals and adapt treatment to your lifestyle.

As active members of the Boise community, we sponsor local running events and offer free injury prevention workshops at Bogus Basin. We're committed to helping our neighbors stay mobile through every season.
